If you receive an item with a visible defect or print issue, we will gladly offer a replacement or full refund.

  • Clear, well-lit photos of the item laid flat

  • The affected area and product tag clearly visible

  • Your order number

Our team will review your request and provide a prompt resolution.

Returns & Sizing Policy

We do not currently accept returns based on sizing or general preference. Please refer to our size guide and product details carefully before placing your order. Our customer service team is also available to assist with any sizing questions in advance.

Order Cancellations & Modifications

Orders may be canceled or edited before they are processed for fulfillment. If you wish to cancel or make changes, please use the link provided in your confirmation email as soon as possible.

Once an order has entered processing, it may no longer be altered or canceled.

If you experience any issues upon receiving your order, you have 30 days from the delivery date to report a concern related to product quality.

Damaged or Defective Items

We stand behind the integrity of our products. If your item arrives damaged or contains a defect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Be sure to include:

  • A photo of the issue, taken in good lighting

  • A visible view of the product tag

  • Your order number

Refunds

Refunds are issued only in cases where a product is confirmed to have a quality-related defect. All claims must include clear photographic evidence for review.

Refund processing times:

  • PayPal: Reflected within 24 business hours

  • Credit/Debit Card: Reflected within 7–10 business days (depending on your bank)

International Orders & Customs
